Bleu Cheese Dressing
Cheesecake Factory makes theirs by hand and is one of the few places where I enjoy it.
As of May 5th, 2010, Ruby's Bleu Cheese dressing (and consequently their Bleu Cheese on their burgers) also tastes fine.
As of June 6th, 2010, Island's Bleu Cheese dressing tastes fine as well. Hooray!
The big problem I have with Bleu Cheese is that most commerically purchased dressings have this weird, chemically aftertaste that is super gross.
But then again, when it comes to food I've always been more of an Emile than a Remy.
That is a reference to the Disney Pixar film
Ratatouille,
featuring two brothers (who happen to be rats) - one of whom (Emile) eats incessantly, "horking it down" and getting "past the gag reflex" while the other (Remy) has a refined sense of smell and taste.
Sweet Potato Fries
Black Angus Sweet Potato Fries come with a DELICIOUS mapple dipping sauce!
Elephant Bar has a chili based dipping sauce that is also quite good.
